Basic Terms & Condition
For you further interest, we would like to notify few simple points on basic term and condition of franchising contract with La Feasta.
La Feasta is a registered trade mark, which will be used as a restaurant name. The restaurant shall serve only quality Italian & Mexican Vegetarian food with fully licensed bar and an optional home delivery service & catering service.
La Feasta can support you in market research and in finding the appropriate location or you can nominate the site. But La Feasta will have the final approval in accordance with the market survey.
The seating capacity should be 60 plus. The minimum kitchen area required is 500 - 600 sq. feet. Supplemental area for storage and staff room is essential. The minimum restaurant area required is 2000 Sq. Ft. in a prime location with an adequate parking space.
The location should be such where the Bar License can be easily accessed. There should be a adequate water storage capacity at any point of time. The electricity should be minimum 100KVA.
The minimum Restaurant staff members to be hired by the Franchisee is as given below:
1 Head chef
5 Sous chef
1 Cashier /Accountant
1 Delivery boy
Franchisor (La Feasta's) Participation
Directors will be privileged to examine the interior design of the restaurant to compliment with the style and standard of the existing La Feasta restaurants.
Kitchen equipment must be provided as per our requirement. It can be arranged by you directly or can be supplied by us at cost price. We will give away on the setup of kitchen as per requirement.
We shall recruit the kitchen and service staff for you from local market or from outstation as per the requirement. We will arrange for a training team to coach your kitchen staff as well as our service staff for a period of 2-3 months at your cost followed by regular visit of our Head chefs (on our cost) and qualified manager in order to maintain classy standard and authentic food quality. Accommodation & salary will be provided by you, during the full period of franchising contract.
La Feasta (HO) imports branded food items from Italy and supplies to La Feasta outlets at cost price. Food item which are purchased from local market will be supervised and approved by La Feasta.
We will design the menu in accordance with the market requirements. Our Italian chef and /or directors will visit regularly and check the standard of food, hygiene and public relation at our cost.
We shall provide total guidance for the software program tuned specifically for the purpose of our day to day billings accounts, stock inventories, costing etc.
